Parish Community Groups form us into God’s community as we share our lives through prayer, scripture, and hospitality. These groups meet regularly throughout the academic year from September through May. Our groups meet at different times and in different formats, but always involve hospitality (shared food), discussion of Scripture, and a simple liturgy to guide a time of prayers.

Whether you are a new to Christianity or Holy Cross, we welcome you to join a Foundations Cohort as an introduction or refresher on Christian faith and life in our parish community.
Foundations is a great first step for anyone seeking to learn more about Christianity and is also preparation for baptism, confirmation, reaffirmation, and membership in our local parish.
We encourage membership as a way to strengthen commitment to a local community, grow in our faith, and serve others. Our membership process includes three steps:
Attend Foundations to explore or refresh your understanding of the Christian faith.
Meet with a pastor to share your faith story, ask questions, and explore ways to serve.
Review and sign a membership affirmation to commit to the local parish.
We receive new members into the church on Easter and All Saints.
Sign up for next Foundations class.
Each week it takes a number of volunteers to pull of our service. After all, liturgy literally means “work of the people”! To volunteer, fill out this form and select the roles you're interested in.
